Traslado: Puede ser por cuenta propia (bajar mapa) o en transporte público (ver distintas opciones en sección “como llegar”. El Parque cuenta con transporte propio para traslado de los visitantes desde la parada del bus en General Rodríguez. ($24 o usd6). Solicitar con anticipación.
How to get to the Park from BA: The best way to get to the Park is by taking bus 57 Atlántida from Plaza Once (also known as Plaza Miserere) heading for Luján by highway, get off at the bus stop La Serenísima (50 minutes, $AR8), be sure to ask the driver to let you off or he will drive by the stop. About 100 meters away you will see a petrol station called Petrobras (beyond the bridge), on the opposite side of the ride off the petrol station there is a taxi agency called Auto Centro where you can get a cab, ask for Eco Yoga Park in Mi Rincón (15 minutes, $AR40). For the return to Buenos Aires by bus You need 8 pesos in coins, or the SUBE card. If you have any doubts or problems please call our mobile phone at 011-1565070577.
By Car:Take the freeway heading West towards Luján.
Get off at exit 47 km. 150 meters after the toll booth, pass under the bridge and then take a right hand turn towards Las Malvinas-Ruta 24. Once you arrive at the bridge, take a right turn crossing above towards the western access for 2.5 km. Cross the passage way towards Ruta 7 and continue straight for 4km until the end of the road (calle Corrientes). There you will find Ruta 24 where you will take a left and continue until the 48,900 km mark (approx. 5 kms). Next, take a right on calle Junín (there is a sign for the Eco Yoga Park). Continue for 1000 meters until you see the Eco Yoga Park on the right hand side.
From Ezeiza International Airport (Pistarini): From the International Airport (Pistarini, Ezeiza) the best way to get to the Park is to take a taxi, it is at 100km and the ride takes 1 hour. The best option is to contact us in advance to organize a driver to pick you up at the airport, they will carry a sign with your name. This option will be cheaper, safer, and they are sure to know how to get to the park, the cost is $AR300 or $USD75, you can pay at the park in either currency. Our eco-village is located at 60 kms from Buenos Aires city and 10 kms from
General Rodriguez, in a unique rural environment.
The park’s settled in the
Argentinean pampas heart. The area is very green, natural and with lot of native
birds species. Is surrounded by big field extension, with exceptional colorful
sunrises and sunsets and very nice places to walk. Atmosphere here is relax and
friendly.
Our Volunteer program is special for those who want to experience an eco aldea
way of life, take part in sustainable activities as organic agriculture, eco
building, oriental art, eco and mystic tourism, gardening, vegetarian cooking,
etc, and, at the same time, to experience the quietness and harmony that hatha
yoga and meditation give.
Volunteers work for 4 1/2 hours a
day in sustainable activities in the morning (organic garden, eco building, eco
tourism, gardening, helping in the restaurant, teaching English to community's
members, etc). In the afternoon they are free to take part in park activities
(hatha yoga, meditation with Tibetan bells, musicotheraphy with oriental
instruments, pranayama program, walks, movies, etc).
All around the year, volunteers
from all over the world come to the park to discover their skills, get in
contact with mother earth, helping us to improves our local community, knowing
local people, learn Spanish and enjoy this attractive experience and
nature.
Park is also a Yoga Ashram. Every day you can take part in a hatha yoga class
(that allows to harmonize mind, body and spirit), practicing meditation with
oriental instruments (to connect you with your inner self ) and learn about the
most ancient Indian teachings (karma law, self realization science, etc.
Accommodation: Park has available several comfortable rooms (blankets, hot water
and start room) in single, double and triple rooms.
Internet access: The park has a
high-speed wi-fi internet connection available to all visitors.
Park has it own vegetarian and
vegan organic restaurant, with excellent and tasty variety of Latin American in
Indian vegetarian dishes. Volunteer program includes full board (breakfast,
lunch, snack and dinner).
Wthat to bring: Confortable clothes for yoga, meditation and working.Higienic staffs, towel. An open mind.
Wthat to avoid: Food made with any kind of meat or eggs, alcoholic drinking, intoxicants and drugs.
Interantional Certificade: Eco Yoga Park is member of and international Eco Village Network asosiation. Park provides International vality certificade of the volunteer program or studies.
Cost:
The cost of the program is $USD18/day for a stay of less
than 2 weeks to cover accommodation, for stay longer than 2 weeks the
cost is $USD15/day. If you wish to stay longer a discount can be
negotiated. You can pay in either currency (no refunds), ATMs are
available in the nearby town (Gral Rodriguez, 15 minutes by car or 20
minutes with public transportattion). There's no minimum stay, but we
advice that you stay for at least a week to get the most out of the
program.
